

To most people, the fun that can be had with video game consoles happens once they're plugged into a TV and, you know, they play video games. But to a smaller, much crazier group of geeks, the real fun comes in modifying the look of the consoles themselves into temples dedicated to their favorite games, assuming they have time to actually play games on the consoles.
Above, you can see a Playstation 3 turned into a building in a Las Vegas cityscape in an ode to Rainbow Six: Las Vegas. It's an amazing creation, full of detail, something that obviously took a lot of love and time. After the jump, check out the Assassins Creed PS3 casemod, which is equally impressive.
