Image3D has been offering custom Viewmaster-like slides to the corporate set for years, but the company is now reaching out to the consumer market. If you want to get a taste of childhood nostalgia while looking at your vacation pics, you can order the Viewmaster slide discs at $10 a pop, with the viewers costing a mere $3 each (you can use your old ones, too).

The catch? The minimum order of slides is 10, so you're going to be spending at least $100 on your order. Also, the company doesn't quite seem to have a focus on any sort of distribution or sales network, but with any luck one of the big names in photo printing and novelty items will offer these up to the public. The nouveau Viewmasters would be nice options for wedding-photo packages, and if someone shot little leaguers with a 3-D camera, they'd be a home run.
