Looking for a car but don't want to same some money? I mean come on, who really needs to spend $50,000 on a car? Or heck, even $40,000? Or $30,000? Or $20,000? Hell, I want to spend less than $5,000 on my car. What have you got for me, internet?
Well, it looks like there's only one option: the new Tata Nano, the world's cheapest car. This $2,500 vehicle was made in India and gets a generous 50 miles per gallon. It's not the most sturdy thing in the world, but it should do a great job of bringing transportation to the developing world for whom a BMW isn't exactly an option. You probably won't be able to get one, but come on; don't be so cheap.

If I fear getting creamed by a mini-cooper while driving this, I think I'll stick to the bike or big, bulky, safe mass transit.

Hey, wait a minute. Isn't that the little wind-up circus car that the 20 clowns pile out of?

i agree with debbie, i have read also about the compressed air vehicles and its not just cars, they run buses on it as well in france. being disabled and living on $650.00 a month this would be about the best vehicle i could imagine ever having... its not just the people in india who are poor, there again, thanks mr. bush.
