It would seem that designer Erohina Yulia has a bit of a paranoia problem, as apparent with this chair design. First and foremost, the chair looks like something that inmates wouldn’t even want to sit on. The smooth surface would have you sliding all over the place and it doesn't look very comfortable, at all. It one perk it does have is the integrated hanging system. Rather than having to find an awkward place to hang a jacket, this chair has a hanger that slides out and will store the jacket, along with any bags or other material inside of the chair safe, secure and clean.
This chair made me ponder where else items like this could be utilized. I think the airport bathroom is a prime location for a dual-purpose item. I don't mind putting my jacket on the back of a chair or in the booth, but placing my bags on the bathroom floor or counter makes me cringe. How about turning the urinal dividers into a coat and bag rack? Maybe make cubby hole lockers available at the entrance of the bathroom like the ones used in elementary school? I'm going to make millions!
