Science's greatest achievement: choco-strawberries

chocostrawberries.jpgOh science! Every day you surprise me with some new wonder! Today it is with strawberries that taste like chocolate. Yes, you heard me correctly. Using Infusion Technology, a Japanese company called FCOM has figured out how to change the flavor of strawberries. How? Oh, wouldn't you like to know.

They do it by first freeze-drying the strawberries, then removing all the water from them. They then replace the water with chocolate, filling it to the brim with delicious flavor. The last and most important step is they then eat the choco-berries, patting themselves on the back for a job deliciously well done. Now just bring these amazing creations to stores ASAP, please.

"They do it by first freeze-drying the strawberries, then removing all the water from them" - Isn't this redundant? That's the difference between freeze-drying and freezing. I suppose you could buy the freeze-dried astronaut strawberries they sell in silver pouches at science museums, and try soaking it in chocolate.

Maybe if they could avoid making them look rotten, I would care... maybe.
