Sure, real music is great and all, but do you ever take the time to listen to the natural music of the world around you? Everything has its own sound, and when you really listen to it it's its own kind of beautiful music. I guess.

At least that's the idea behind Otto, a little device that turns everyday sounds that we're used to ignoring into the center of attention. It works by using a "thin polymer piezoelectric contact that senses weak vibrations and plays them as a sound through an integrated speaker." So you can hear the sounds in a glass of melting ice, for example, if you so wish. It sticks to various surfaces using suction and/or magnets, and it's sure to be way, way more exciting than real music.
