Tokyoflash, the company that makes watches so difficult to read that one even confounded a theoretical physicist, introduced a new model today, the Tibida. That means if you've already learned how to tell time on an older Tokyoflash model, it's time start again.

Tibida may be sleek and confusing looking, but it's actually easier to read than some other models we've seen. The watch has three modes. The first displays the hour on the lower set of LEDs (you get to see an actual number!) as the minutes tick away in five-minute increments on the top two lines. The second display is the opposite of the first: the minutes are shown on the bottom part of the watch while the top two lines count hours. The final method is for those who really want to confuse their neighbor on the subway the top two lines of LEDs display the time in binary code.

The watch costs $122 (or at least it will until February 5), and is available now from the company's website.
