Snow Room: Freezing your way to good health
Ever wonder what it’s like to be one of those $100,000 tunas stored in the deep freeze at fancy sushi joints? Well, now’s your chance. The Snow Room is a ten-degrees-below-zero "spa" that will be making its way to luxury hotels in 2008 (tell ya what, I'll stick with HoJo's for now).
Hot-cold therapy is common in northern European countries, where people swear by the health benefits of alternating between steamy and icy environments. But don’t they also eat French fries with mayo over there?! If 10 below sounds too extreme, you could always buy your own personal sauna, and then pop your head in the freezer between sessions. There 's also the Arctic Ice Room at Caesar’s Palace in Vegas, a 55-degree room with falling snow to relieve your stress after you blow the nest egg at the craps table.

As a native of Wisconsin, I can attest to the fact that -10 F is not fun. I usually bundle up in four to five layers of clothing and I'm still miserable after five minutes. I don't see how this is going to be "healthy."
