Tribot is the next-generation Robosapien, and if anything he's goofier than his older (dancing) brother. He's billed as being loaded with personality, and at a short demo WowWee gave me at CES, that definitely came through. Forget protecting humanity, his primary goal is to tell jokes (when he falls over he says, "Your floor has suddenly become a wall" — ba dum dum), and he's got animated eyebrows that let him emphasize the funny parts. You know what? It actually helps.

He also plays games and tells stories, and cruises around via commands from a tilt sensor remote. He'll be available this summer for $99.
