The new Taser C2 is a personal protector that’s taking aim at the female market. No permit is required, and for personal safety, it’s a great idea. It's supposedly more effective and less target-sensitive than pepper spray or even a gun and has a built-in LED light to illuminate your target, an optional laser sighting for improved accuracy, and a battery that can deliver 50 firings.
