What? What your clock radio has hands on it? Oh, Please. What?? Your clock radio doesn’t have a universal iPod dock?? Well, that is just unacceptable. Fortunately, the Cue Radio is coming to the rescue. A brand-new consumer company, Cue had to step it up to compete with the million other iPod docking station radios. They succeeded with a clean, minimalist design, touch-sensitive surfaces, a tactile feedback tuning knob, auxiliary input jack for other MP3 players or computers, and darn good sound from a digitally bi-amplified, custom-built 3.5-inch woofer and ¾-inch silk dome tweeter. Another bi-amp amplifier lays waiting to drive an optional matching auxiliary speaker. And yes, there is a snooze button. Not your average clock radio, the Cue’s retail list price is $399. So what do you think? People with hands on their clocks: pathetic analog loser babies, or tres chic retro hipsters?
