Panasonic was showing off the biggest plasma TV in the world at CES 2008, a 150-inch behemoth that stands more than six feet tall. This so-called "Life Screen" has a staggering 2,000 x 4,000-pixel resolution, which means it's just over 11 feet long.
The Life Screen is a preproduction model so Panasonic hasn't released details about pricing or availability, but a $1,000-per-inch price tag is the rule of thumb for experimental plasmas like this. If you do the math, that's $150,000 for the Life Screen, which is more than a lot of people's life savings.

My two twenty-four inch monitors keep my room warm from their heat. That one should heat a whole house.
