And yet the pic on the website where you go to purchase these still does not show the tops of the shoes. Are you kidding? I'm never going to see the bottom of these things...I'll spend my day looking at the tops. Spring loaded or not, it won't cover an ugly pair of shoes!

I had surgery, from an injury at work. I've been in pain and always looking for something the can help me. I had 2 screws put in my foot and bones fused, with pins put in my toes because they were turning to compensate for the pain.I'm willing to try anything, besides more screws.

They are only insoles, as in they go into your own pair of shoes!
