If you're like me, you care a lot more about your HDTV handling games well than you do it handling movies or TV shows. Personally, I use HD for gaming at least twice as much as I do for other things, and I want my games to really pop. That's why I love seeing HDTVs specially designed to handle gaming as well as possible.
Sharp's new AQUOS LCD TVs are loaded up with what they're calling "Vyper Drive," a new feature that cuts down lag in the connection between gaming consoles and the TV. They also have inputs on the side, which makes hooking consoles up super easy. You also get features that make everything better, like full HD 1080p resolution, HDMI 1.3, a subwoofer out connection, and built-in tuners. Look for the 32-inch beauties to drop later this month.

THe only thing you need to look for in an HD TV in terms of gaming is the response time. Most tech review sites have failed to see an significant advantages with the addition of gimmick technojunk like the "vyper drive". In an HDTV, you want to look for contrast ratio, max resolution(and the resolution of what you are going to be running through it), and response time. These are after all just really big computer monitors which have been "HD" for many years now...
