Look like something you see in one of those "homes of the future"? It should, this ridiculously designed thing is a tabletop radio by LG. The guts inside the PC12 radio aren't too shabby with an HD radio tuner, alarm clock, seemless display and a USB port for steaming tunes from flash drives or MP3 players. On the outside is where things get a bit zany.

Just look at the shape of it. You can't honestly think that this tabletop radio isn't going to get knocked over easily. LG may be trying to find its design niche, following in the trend of Apple, who is the king of design branding. The difference in this case is that Apple has exceptional designs that don't take away from functionality. This LG PC12 looks pretty good, but it has to be a pain to operate.

The PC12 will be debuting at the Consumer Electronics Show next month and no word on price or official availability.
