Well hey there mysterious ASUS Internet Radio

AIR-ASUS-Internet-Radio.jpg

The ASUS Internet Radio (also known as AIR) was more or less just a whisper until now, but tonight we saw it in all of its retro-styled glory. The features listed on the box promised to fulfill some of the rumors — 10,000 supported stations and save up to 250 of them as favorites — but we couldn't get anything entirely confirmed. The unit we saw tonight looks pretty slick with an uncluttered front panel, what appears to be a decently sized LCD display, and a boxy, rounded-edge design. All in all, we dig it.

So when's it coming out? How much is it going to cost? Will Internet radio ever catch on? For now, there's no way to know any of these answers, but, hey look, a gallery to poke through!

Review tells us nothing. Would be more useful if you were to commit to getting one, trialling it, and posting a review of performance obtained - sound quality, reception etc
