That's how the world goes. Once a company thinks of a genius idea, it has to go and mess it up with something completely ridiculous. The SliMouse Slimpad is a great idea because it replaces the traditional and sometimes obnoxious scroll wheel with a more friendly and functional touch pad. And if you haven't already noticed, this mouse is shaped like a square, which would make it completely awkward to hold and use. Baby steps, baby steps, is what I have to continue to tell myself.
