Samsung's got a hot new smartphone it's just announced: the SPH-M4650. It's a beauty, featuring a 2.8-inch touchscreen that has haptic feedback, responding with a vibration when you punch a button. It also has a 2-megapixel camera, DMB TV reception, is loaded up with Windows Mobile 6, and is a mere 16mm thick.

The would-be iPhone killer is, unfortunately, headed for Korean shores only at the moment, but as with most Samsung phones, there's always a chance that it'll make it's way over here at some point, probably after everyone in South Korea has moved on to an even slicker, cooler phone.
