Honda's new CR-Z (Compact Renaissance Zero) proves that merging green automotive technology with practical-yet-futuristic style is indeed possible. Currently being shown off at the Tokyo Motor Show, the CR-Z makes nice with the environment by employing a gas-electric hybrid system.

Despite the car's "concept vehicle" tag, Honda has confirmed that the CR-Z will in fact hit the streets in 2009 (pricing has not been announced).
