Youths transform Citroen into life-sized Transformer
Perhaps fed up with transformers that don't transform, three Chinese friends spent $8,000 and countless hours turning a yellow Citroen C2 into a surprisingly lifelike Transformer that they call the Autobot X2. It looks like Bumblebee and weighs over 1323 pounds. According to one source the trio's next project will be Optimus Prime. More pictures after the jump, plus a transforming Citroen commercial that may have inspired them.

And then? This life size transforming toy is nothing to write home about. But somehow it got in this blog, huh. I would consider this more Sci Fi then tech. Make it turn back into a car at the push of a button and I will be on board. It doesn't even matter if it is driveable or sittable, just transformable.

I could be wrong, but I'm sure if this "transformer" can transform either.
I'm not sure if it even has "poseable" arms/legs/head... The "transformer" seems to be in a locked pose for all the pictures.
It seems to be more a Transformers inspired sculpture than an actual "transformer".
