If you want to make your iPhone feel more yours, and I don't mean by just hacking it, you could take a page from Mark Hoekstra's book. He modified his iPhone to be all black, super slick, and sporting an old-school Apple logo. It's hot.
He used the Apple logo from an old 1989 Apple II keyboard, sanding the fixture to fit perfectly over the home button at the bottom of his phone. He then spraypainted the entire case black, creating a really awesome effect. It's really slick and totally unique. Nice work, Mark.

Let's not forget the best part of the whole thing: someone finally compared the iPhone to it's predecessor: the Newton.
