DIY HACOA wooden keyboard is a Dvorak-using termite's dream

hacoa01.jpg

There are a lot of fun and useful do-it-yourself projects out there, but a DIY wooden keyboard, like this one from HACOA, really takes the DIY cake. Now wood gadgets, they don't even phase us.

This keyboard by Japanese company, HACOA, includes rows of wooden keys along with what seems to be an old-style shaving razor to separate the keys. And that's where the fun begins! Place the keys any way you please — traditional QWERTY, Dvorak simplified or invent your own crazy style. Just watch out for the splinters. And the cost — a hefty, $300 price tag.
