Recyclable webcam, USB hub looks cute, saves the planet

lilioscar.jpg

Meet Lili and Oscar from United Pepper. These two little gems are constructed entirely from sustainable material that won't explode the planet and anger Al Gore to the point of no return. Lili happens to be an octopus and a simple 1.3-megapixel web cam. Her partner in crime, Oscar, is a five port USB hub. Like real sea creatures, both are available in multiple bright colors including red, blue and green.

The sustainable materials that Lili and Oscar embody include sand, kapok and paperboard, which can be easily recycled once their underwater antics are no longer required. Being a green, awkwardly shaped computer peripheral fan isn't cheap — Lili is $60 and Oscar is $40.
