In today's installment of "idiotic and expensive things for very rich people to waste many thousands of dollars on," we have a hot tub with a built-in 61-inch flat-panel TV. Sure, having a giant TV combined with a hot tub might seem like the definition of luxury, but let's take a closer look at this, shall we?

First of all, who sits in a hot tub for long enough to watch a TV show, let alone a movie? If you sat in a hot tub for 90 minutes you'd probably have a stroke and your skin would be permanently pruned. Also, a 61-inch TV built into the edge of a hot tub would be so close to you, no matter where in the tub you sat, that it would give you serious headaches. Headaches that would only be made worse by sitting in 105-degree water. I guess it just goes to show that money doesn't buy common sense. — Adam Frucci
