Find it Remote finds stuff, can be found by stuff

Remotes that can find your house keys, wallet and purse have been around for a while now. But if you're someone who is prone to misplacing things, then that remote will probably go missing before you can say, "Hey, where's my wallet?"

Now GE (this blog's parent company) has introduced a set of two remotes that can find up to five items that you've tricked out with "lost item locator units." One is a universal remote that will work with your television and DVD player, and the other is a keychain. The innovation is that the remotes can also find each other. So go ahead, throw out that huge remote you've taped to the coffee table. As long as you don't lose both your remote and keys at the same time, you'll always be just steps away from being able to leave the house or change the channel.
