Riding your bike in traffic while listening to music via earphones is downright dangerous, not to mention pretty frakking stupid. A more sensible way to listen to music on your bike is the cy.fi, which bills itself as the world's first wireless bike speaker (as opposed to this guy).

Made exclusively for the iPod Nano (from the looks of it, the old one), cy.fi uses Kleer wireless technology to transmit music from the Nano strapped to your arm to the speaker on your handlebars. Kleer claims CD-quality audio without any loss of music fidelity. Kleer also gives you decent battery life, up to six hours of play. You can adjust volume and skip tracks via the controls on the speaker. And if you're riding in a group, the transmitter attached to your Nano can multipoint-broadcast to up to four cy.fi speakers.
