A1Pro keyboard ditches the number pad for a mini-tablet

a1_pro_keyboard.jpg

Number pad? We don't need a stinking number pad when there's a mysterious "handwritten identity feature" integrated into this keyboard from A1Pro. There aren't a lot of details regarding the specifics of the handwriting pad, but I would assume it could probably be used for basic drawing, handwriting recognition and possibly even foreign-letter recognition.

Other than the gimped, integrated tablet, this is a standard keyboard complete with A through Z and the other family of keyboard keys. You can pick it up for $25.48, which isn't too shabby for a keyboard without a drawing pad, come to think of it.

This looks like a nice concept... but can they have it changes sides at all. Left-handed writers are stuck mashing their hand on the keys while jotting down one note.
