Fingerprint scanners are already becoming almost commonplace in laptops, and fingerprint-scanning doorknobs are just as easy to come by. It was only a matter of time before the fad moved on to automobiles, another item that's just begging for updated security.

The ATRD M10 fingerprint scanner will keep your vehicle from starting without the touch of the correct finger. For those times when you need to let the valet or your brother move the car, there's a "valet" mode that'll allow other people to start the car. Just make sure to not put it into that mode if you expect that someone might try to steal your car! Boy, would you feel foolish if that happened, am I right?
