Boomboxes just aren't as cool as they used to be. Sure, maybe 25 years ago it was new and exciting to be able to play your music anywhere for anyone, but we're living in the age of the iPod, dude. No one is impressed with your portable audio anymore. Boomboxes need an upgrade to stay relevant.

I'm not sure if this Go Video Boombox will make boomboxes relevant again, but it's certainly an upgrade. Featuring a 7-inch LCD on the front, it can play DVDs wherever it goes. It can also play CDs, of course, for those of you stuck in the past, and it's got an AM/FM tuner for those of you really stuck in the past. For $160, it seems worth it for those of you who just can't keep your tastes in media to yourselves. — Adam Frucci
