You're looking at a 416-MHz Intel/Marvell PXA27x, a Marathon 2700G graphics processor, 256 MB of non-volatile flash memory, and 128 MB of RAM for general application use. There's also a CompactFlash slot, an SD slot, and a USB port for external peripherals.
