Here we have yet another insanely stupid USB device from the sunny shores of Japan. This time, it's a USB necktie with a built-in fan in the knot. Oh, how very stylish!

Did I say stylish? I meant horrible. Firstly, it looks terrible and is a clip-on. After all, you couldn't tie the thing since the fan is in the knot. Secondly, why USB? Even if you were fashion unconscious enough to wear a necktie, wouldn't you want it to be battery powered so you weren't tethered to your computer all day via a USB cable? Oh, I don't even know why I bother wondering about such matters; it's Japan. They go by their own, unique set of logic. — Adam Frucci
