Oxygen therapy for dogs is totally necessary

dogoxygen.jpg

Apparently, "Oxygen Therapy" is a hot trend in Japan, with people shelling out their hard earned money to lie in a chamber being pumped full of pure Oxygen for 15 minutes. Sounds luxurious and useless! Well, we all know what happens when people get used to being pampered: they start to feel guilty about their dogs not getting the same treatment.

You know what comes next. Yes, it's an oxygen chamber for dogs, where they can enjoy the same useless, trendy "therapy" and waste more of your money on a gimmicky fad. Don't even worry that sticking your pooch in a glass tube will probably freak it out and cause psychological damage, because it really, deep down, wants oxygen therapy. You're a great pet owner!

My dog also has heart failure and she contains alot of water so I give her lasex and it helps a little but my husband is also building a oxygen chamber out of heavy plastic from a material store and we purchased and oxygen tank with a refill prescription for oxygen from the vet which all is very cheap and we are putting her in it twice a day you can do this from your home it is less expensive and your pet gets treated in their own home good luck

Lisa, my dog also has congestive heart diesease. She is taking enalapril for blood pressure, lasix for fluid retention and pemobedan. I've been thinking about this oxygen deal but didn't know if it even existed for dogs. My girl is doing much better than a year ago when she couldn't even climb up a few steps without passing out. Please email me at KatieBar90@aol.com if you would like trade information and maybe gain more insight....it certainly would be helpful to me.
thank you , katie
