The Lomak (Light Operated Mouse and Keyboard) is an ingenious design for a computer that could be used by people disabled and unable to use a regular mouse and keyboard. A pointer that's either controlled with a hand or mounted on someone's head emits a beam of light. The light points at the unique input device, allowing for someone to type a letter by simply adjusting their head slightly.
The idea is so good that it just won the gold medal at the 2007 IDEA design awards. With that kind of hype, look for the Lomak to go from the design concept phase to a reality in the near future. Nice work, Lomak.
