Give your wine a tune up with the Catania Wine Enhancer

wine_enhancer.jpg

Just in time for that zinfandel for your barbecue: The Wine Enhancer by Catania creates a smoother and brighter flavor with a longer finish. It promises to make young wines taste like older ones, while also rejuvenating already opened (last night's) wines. It also makes the dubious claim that if you drink "Enhanced" wine, you won't get any red-wine headaches (though no promises about the hangover).

How does it do all this? Just seat the bottle on the bowl-like Wine Enhancer. It then creates a harmonically balanced resonant frequency that balances the wine's tannins, boosting the flavor and aroma. Essentially, it works much like a tuning fork. It's said to work with liquor, scotch, tequila, cognac and coffee as well.
