Sycamore fan brings excitement back to the fan industry
sycamore_fan.jpg

The ceiling fan is one of those products that hasn't been updated in a few decades, but that's about to change. The Sycamore Ceiling Fan is a radical departure from previous, boring designs. It's shaped like the seed of a Sycamore tree, possibly known as whirlybirds to the layman, and it provides just as much air circulation as a normal fan while spinning half as fast. Plus, it looks pretty sweet.

Personally, I'd love to have one of these installed in my home. The asymmetrical look is really cool and it would become a real conversation piece when guests came over. Unfortunately, at the moment it's just available in Australia, but it should make its way over here in the not-too-distant future. Keep your eyes peeled.
