Look, you're not a neat and tidy person. Organization isn't your strong suit, and that's OK. You are who you are, and you shouldn't feel like you need to change. You should just look for products that embrace your messiness rather than those that try to train you to become someone you're not.

The Hoseroll is awesome. It rolls up your garden hose so it doesn't clutter up your yard, but it does so in a way your scatterbrain can really appreciate. It wraps it up and makes it look like some sort of hose hairball, completely random yet somehow organized and neat as well. Just roll it around on your lawn to wrap the hose up, and hey, it's cool looking enough to let you just leave it out as some sort of statement.
