Fossil Bluetooth wristwatch controls your phone

fossil_bt_watch.jpg

Today Fossil, in conjunction with Sony Ericsson, announced three new Bluetooth watches. The product line is called the MBW-150, with three watches that let you control your phone via Bluetooth. The three "Editions" are the Music, the Executive and the Classic (in reverse order above). All three timepieces are anti-glare with scratch-resistant crystal-glass faces. A Quartz movement on each keeps the time, which is synchronized with your Bluetooth phone, and when you get a call or text message the watch vibrates on your wrist.

These watches go for a week without needing a charge. Auto paring connects the watch with your phone automatically, and if you accidentally leave your phone anywhere, when you walk out of range the watch will vibrate to call you back. The wireless watches are coming this summer, price unknown as of yet.

Normally I get a good laugh at the devices and gadgets that you preview here. A good example is the recent rock paper scissors devices. Wow.

But I have a K790a and I SOOO want one of these to compliment it. I think I've wanted something like this ever since I first saw Mark from Battle of the Planets using his wrist communicator. I am definitely buying one of these.
