Remember those sliding puzzles that served as cheap party favors? Sometimes you'd find them nestled at the bottom of a cereal box. Here's a computer desk based on that idea, where its storage compartments are conveniently located and have sliding covers that are like a puzzle, and they're easily shifted according to your workflow. There are four storage compartments underneath that can be covered by sliding tops, and the area for your keyboard and monitor stay put, right where you need them.
This design concept by Hsien Chang also incorporates some funky-looking colors, but there's no word on what materials would be used to create it. Seems like a good idea, using the space immediately underneath the desktop that may not otherwise be used, and keeping those frequently used items right at your fingertips. If Chang would just add a built-in USB hub, this would be the perfect desk.
