Back in the day, to get past the notorious velvet rope at the front door of the legendary Studio 54, you had to be either a trendy celebrity or someone with an astonishing wow factor to add to the scene inside. If they had GlowFur back then, I'm sure even I would have found my golden ticket.
Using what are presumably LED bulbs in different colors, each garment can be lit up for as long as 10 hours on a set of batteries, more than enough for a long hard night of clubbing. They're even machine washable should a fellow clubber accidentally spill their martini after becoming dazzled by your glowing presence. Also, you PETA reps can rest easy — no animals were harmed in the creation of GlowFur. Garments run from about $80 for a bikini top, to around $800 for a full-length coat.
