I love things that transform, as any good child of the '80s does, which is why I am kind of taken by this Floris product. It's a floor that can turn into a table or chairs, making your room extra-functional if you have lots of guests over. Simply fold the tiles up and they turn into pieces of furniture right before your eyes.
Of course, the question arises: if you turn the floor into a char, what's the chair on? I guess the premise assumes you have two levels of floor, a top level that transforms and a bottom level that is the real floor. Seems like a lot more work than just, you know, buying some tables and chairs, but it's certainly a cool concept.
