George Foreman iGrill: Barbecue, rock like the champ

igrill_foreman.jpg

Summer's getting ready to pounce, kids, and you'd best be prepared. Simply having a barbecue isn't enough these days — if you want your yard to be party central, you need to add a little entertainment. Fortunately for you, George Foreman's iGrill does both.

Of course, you get the champ's trademark tough, nonstick grilling surface (200 square inches, yo), but the iGrill adds an iPod dock and 10-watt speakers in the base so you can leave your iPod Hi-Fi inside. Other MP3 players can jack in as well, presumably via a stereo minijack. Not too shabby for $150. Take care if you're prone to heatstroke, though; in your daze, you may end up with a raw burger in the dock and your iPod on the grill. Mmm… podcasts.

CORRECTION: Due to a typo, this article originally listed the wrong measurement for the area of the grilling surface. The correct area is 200 square inches.

Is it safe to presume that you really mean 20 inches squared? 20 square inches is barely enough area to brown a single patty.
