Banana phone smells like lavender, not bananas

bananaphone.jpg

This new phone from LG is a "banana style phone" due to its curvy shape when open. Technically, it's the LG-SV280, but much like the Shine and Chocolate, you can expect to just hear this referred to as the Banana from now on. Catchy? Sort of.

Anyhow, in addition to the not-quite-unique curved design, the keypad is scented lavender. It seems like if they wanted to keep things consistent the keypad would have been scented with bananas, but I guess having a banana-scented phone would get pretty old really quickly. It's got other standard trimmings like a 1.3-megapixel camera, 142 MB of built in memory, and a 2-inch display, but the real fun is with the shape and the name. No word on pricing or availability.
