3D binoculars are from yesterday's future

3d_vucam.jpg

Did you guys hear that by the year 2000 we'll be able to take 3D pictures? Yeah, I know, the future is going to be so crazy! I mean, just take a look at these sweet StereoVision VuCAM Binoculars. They can take 3D pictures for you of stuff that's really far away. I'm sure by the time the year 2000 rolls around there will be 3D monitors and holograms and stuff that will be able to display 3D photos, but in the meantime you'll be able to see the depth of your shots by wearing some super-keen 3D glasses. Yeah, the ones with the blue and red lenses.

Because it isn't the year 2000 yet, these can't actually let you see your pictures in 3D. No, you'll need to get them printed out so you can wear you glasses and get the full effect. Don't worry, by the time the year 2000 rolls around I'm sure this type of product will have all the kinks worn out of it and will be a totally useful and fully functional device, and rather than costing $2,000 it will be affordable to everyone.
