The iTower Omega is one part speaker, one part shrine to your iPod. Standing 4 feet high, it's an imposing design that's sure to draw attention wherever it's placed. Then, of course, there's an iPod dock right on the top of it, allowing your iPod to be perched where everyone can see it.
I see a couple problems with this thing, other than those involving decorating taste. One is that there's no remote, so you'll need to get up and go fiddle with the iPod to change the songs. Two is that it's just one speaker, so it's kind of an awkward addition to a home theatre. I mean, you won't have stereo sound, as it's one speaker, and it's kind of usesless for anything but being hooked up to an iPod. I've been plugging my iPod into my receiver and using my normal speaker setup, and that works just fine for me, thanks.
