Fancy hat reads your brainwaves

g.tec-bci.jpg

Dude, physical controllers are so 20th century. Keyboards? Mice? Joysticks? Puh-leeze. The way I see it, if I'm using my hands I might as well be in the stone age. I want my technology to be able to read my brainwaves, dammit.

Finally, my uppity dream is becoming a reality. Austria's Guger Technologies has developed this wacky hat that can read your brain waves and sort of control what's happening on screen using them. I don't know how accurate it all is, but it's already commercialized for hospitals and research institutes. Call me when you come out with one that hooks up to an Xbox, dudes.
