Of all the things to stick a solar panel on, why a keyboard? When was the last time you had a computer keyboard outside, especially a computer keyboard functioning and hooked up to a computer? I certainly can appreciate the spirit behind this, as any way to use renewable energy when Al Gore has brought this whole global warming thing down on our heads is a good thing. But a keyboard? Really?
If you have a desktop computer set up on your roof or in your yard or something, by all means please buy one of these to do your part to stop the keyboard-caused hole in the ozone layer. Otherwise, just do what a normal environmentally-conscious person would do and buy a Prius or something.

For those of us who use wireless keyboards and mouse, this sounds really nice, I change my batteries about once ever 60 to 90 days. and yeas changing my batteries 4 times a year is not bad, and the fact that I use rechargeable makes the deal sweeter, but if this works like a solar power calculators then I think this is a great idea.
