The French Federation of Food Banks looks like one group we'd want to party with if they whipped out this Transportable Kitchenette. This ingenious, somewhat portable kitchen unit was designed by Aurelien Banerjee & Olivier Picard and is also known as a mobile cuisinette. It's manufactured out of the same kind of stainless steel found in professional kitchens and reportedly can be transported in a station wagon.
The focus of this portable kitchen apparently seems to be to bring easier logistical support to volunteer organizations and also provide a single source from which to prepare, cook and wash foods. The Transportable Kitchenette needs only a single electrical outlet to function. No word on whether or not this will ever see retail deployment, but it would definitely serve as a great toy for tailgate parties.
