Interceptor boat autonomously takes on pirates

This might look like the Batboat from the amazing 1966 movie, and you know what, it's not that different than that patroller of the oceans. The MRVI Interceptor is a robotically controlled boat that can maneuver around via remote control or autonomously using its onboard computers. It's loaded up with a 266-horsepower Steyr multi-fuel diesel engine with a Hamilton water jet propulsor to get it really cooking along, and its onboard sensors keep it from running into things like buoys or groups of children.
It's designed to do things like patrol the area around oil rigs or, in true action movie fashion, take on the pirates of the high seas. Where's Michael Bay when you need him?
