This week in SCI FI Tech

The massive gadgetfest that is the annual Consumer Electronics Show may be over, but that hasn't stopped the unending stream of tech toys coming our way. We spotted some way-cool concept gadgets like the Rubik's Cube MP3 player, the fashionably high-tech Elio watch, and a sexy Sony Ericsson slider phone. There was some scary stuff, too, like those Dark Angel-esque RFID tattoos and the relatively undetectable metalless knife. Between headlines, we found time to pick our favorite off-the-beaten-path gadgets from CES and turned to microscope back on ourselves to reveal the devices that helped us cover the show. The rest of the week's top stories:

Saturday: Go lo-fi with singing Barbie speaker
Sunday: Scented tires smell like silliness
Monday: Kiss Me Meter confirms that your breath really stinks
Tuesday: Make e-mail regret a thing of the past with Big String
Wednesday: Google conquered Earth… next: the Universe?
Thursday: Joost combines YouTube with Kazaa
Friday: Hitachi phone sports highest-resolution mobile screen anywhere
