Soon you'll be able to buy more than just an overpriced Venti Half-Caf Fat-Free Soy Mochachino at Starbucks. They're planning on setting up downloading stations in the ubiquitous coffee giant's stores, allowing you to pop your iPod in and soak up some tunes while you recaffinate during your lunch break. Yes, now when you hear a generic singer-songwriter piped in over the in-store soundsystem you'll be able to keep listening when you leave the store, giving you that warm and fuzzy feeling you get while in Starbucks all day long.
There's no word on how exactly this will be implemented, if it will work for all devices or just some, or what the pricing scheme will be. What do you think, would you buy songs directly to your portable device at a place like Starbucks?
